Order Cancellation Policy

1. When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not been shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. If the order has been shipped or if more than 48 hours have passed, you will no longer be able to cancel the order. However, don't worry, you can always contact us to request a return and refund once the package is received. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

2. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order:

Contact our customer service by e-mail or phone with your order number and proof of payment.

We will process your request as soon as possible and inform you as soon as the cancellation is confirmed, proceeding with your refund.

3. How does the refund work?

Once your return request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1-5 business days. The refund will be made via your original payment method ( Visa, MasterCard). We strive to process refunds quickly, but please note that bank processing time may vary.
